Both Bad Gastein and Bad Hofgastein can be reached quickly by car or public transport.

Travelling by car is easy and convenient.

Via the Tauern Motorway (A10), take the exit Bischofshofen and continue towards the Gastein Valley.
Follow the main road through the valley in the direction of Bad Gastein.

Alpenpension Gastein is located between Bad Hofgastein and Bad Gastein.

Free private parking is available directly above the Alpenpension.

The nearest railway station is Bad Gastein.

From there, you can reach us comfortably by taxi or public bus.
A bus stop is located just a few minutes’ walk from the house.

We are happy to assist you with current bus connections before your arrival.

The nearest airports are Salzburg and Munich.

From both airports, the Gastein Valley can be reached by train, rental car or transfer services.
